Q. Does the AEFP have State Chapters?

A. The AEFP does not have State Associations as such. We have a considerable number of members from New York, and they are not affiliated in any way as a State Association.

About Publications and Available Research Data

Q. Are past AEFP yearbooks available for viewing on the Aefa.cc web site?

A. Printed editions of past yearbooks are available through Eye on Education Publishing. You should also be able to find a copy of the AEFA yearbook in most libraries.

Q. I am trying to locate information on the rise of private school tuition over the last 20 years in Washington state, and I have been unsuccessful at finding anything as of yet. Can the AEFP help me locate this information?

A. Contact Dr. Marge Plecki at the University of Washington. The University of Washington has an extensive education finance center. The rise of private school tuition is a rather narrow subject; Dr. Plecki would know who might have the information that you are seeking.

About Membership

Q. Can the AEFP send me an electronic file that consists of all the AEFP member contact information?

A. Members may access AEFP's online directory. If you or your organization has important information to communicate to AEFA members, please send your request to Angie Hull at info@aefpweb.org.

Q. I am a member, but am not receiving publications, emails, newsletters, etc.?

A.  Contact info@aefpweb.org and we will work to resolve the issue.

About the Annual Conference

Q. Can I pay by credit card if I provide credit card information on the conference registration mail-in form?

A. AEFP accepts payment by credit card, check or money order for payment of membership and conference fees.

Q. Does the AEFP make special arrangements for conference attendees with respect to travel or hotels?

A. The AEFP has a host hotel and gives travel suggestions for conference attendees. As the conference date approaches, the conference page will post more specific details regarding hotel registration.

Q. Where can I get a copy of the conference program?

A. Conference programs are made available online for viewing and printing as the conference approaches.

Q. I am presenting at the conference. How can I get promotional photographs, pre/post-conference handout material and PowerPoint presentations up on the AEFP Conference web site, for quick and easy access by conference attendees?

Q. I was awarded a travel grant at the AEFA annual conference. I need to submit my airline ticket receipt so that I may receive the grant funds. To whom should I send a copy of the receipt?
